We are open to new members – energetic and enthusiastic folk willing to help with the day to day and seasonal management of the housing co-operative business, the property, grounds and woodland.

We currently have a caravan with double bed, kitchenette and lounge with wood burner vacant for a couple or single person. Tucked away on the edge of the woods, there is loads of scope here to make a lovely nook for someone with co-operative values. Single room rate applies.

There also may be a new opportunity opening in the main house with one to two rooms becoming vacant this year.

Our joining process is lengthy and so we advise any applicants to make a start here as soon as they can.

Firstly, please read our Supplementary Information, you will find the link in red below. This will give you detailed intel on our day-to-day living, it is lengthy (so grab a cuppa) but it will give you a very good idea about our community and whether you think it’s right for you. You can also see our Rent and Bills’ Rates below to give you an idea of costs. (Please note that both supplementary information and the rent/bills rates are currently under review.)
