Are you looking for a truly ethical investment? Or perhaps you have a little spare cash that you’d like put to good use. Housing Co-operatives are set up with ethics at the heart, whether they be for housing the vulnerable, the marginalised, the elderly, the poor, or simply the like-minded of us who want to see a change happen in society so that the planet, its inhabitants and resources are shared and cared for properly.

This is Tan y fron Housing Co-operative – we want to offer not only affordable housing but also zero-carbon housing whilst growing sustainable food and offering community. We’re part way there but need more investment to allow us to build our renewable energy systems, plant our food forest, convert our barns to teaching, living and working spaces for tenants so that we can ensure our permaculture practices are fully integrated into the low-carbon future we must all embrace.
